    Ignored me for most of last year, not returning my calls or emails. When they finally got back to me, they didn't do anything and has kept postponing preparing my taxes. Currently "they've had some computer issues since the Hollidays". It's Feb 2018, and they still haven't prepared my 2016 taxes. If you want accounting and tax preparation professionals, look elsewhere.
