Very helpful during my move. I had a climate controlled unit and a large unit for furniture, etc... and even a spot for my trailer at one point. I rented another unit when it looked like my stuff wouldn't fit. They approved me over the phone at the end of a business day and I filled out the paperwork the next morning after moving my stuff in that night. I prepay 3 months at a time and they have even waived late fees when I was a couple days late. Great people!
